I am an information designer by training and a development communications specialist by profession. In the past, I have engaged with urban planning and governance and provision of basic services, and visual cultures.
As an artist, my practice engages with techno-social design shaped by queer-feminist solidarities. It allows me to create platforms for loosely structured peer-based learning communities using artefacts full of camp, whimsy, and music. It also engages with questions around truth, trust, virality, and biases on social media.
Increasingly, my work is located within water-scarce contexts. I live in Bangalore and Aurangabad, India.
